Meet Stacy

Selling or buying a home is a big decision! That’s why it matters who you chose to work with as your licensed real estate agent. I spent over 15 years in the broadcasting industry as a broadcasting manager in the radio, TV and print. My background is in sales and over those years I’ve built many strong and lasting relationships.  I understand the importance of honoring my character, executing for my clients, and take pride in having strong business morals, communication and negotiation skills.

Having lived through several real estate transactions myself, I understand the ups and downs and emotional investment it can be on a buyer or seller.  The good news is that I’m here to help along the way.  From the first-time homebuyers to the experienced real estate investors, I can be the hand that helps throughout the entire process.  In all real estate relationships, it’s all about the “we!”

For the last several years I've partnered with great real estate companies and worked to grow the last firm where I served for several years as the Broker-in-Charge. It was a great learning experience and from there decided that it was time to partner with family and open our own firm. I’m a mother of two beautiful daughters (Haley and Caroline), a step-daughter (Kailey) and step-son (Brantley) and married my husband Myles in 2022. I played collegiate golf at UNC. Go Heels!
